my story
Hey, I’m Sasha, a storytelling photographer. I currently live in San Angelo, TX with my husband and sweet daughters Indy Rose, and Juniper Heron, and our dearest pup, Willow Blue. At my core, I am an artistic individual with a longing to tell unspoken stories through a lens.
I have a deep love for creating. Even my free time consists of sewing clothes and crafts of all kinds.
Moments I cherish tend to be at home playing on the floor with my family or jumping on our bed with my girls just to see their faces light up
Why Photography I fell in love with photography after my first daughter was born. I realized that I love capturing the simple ways that we can connect as beings. While I do love photographing the extravagant like the morning light peaking on the mountains or the glistening light of the sunset reflecting on a body of water, I also love the simplicity of documenting the day-to-day with your most loved ones. Cooking or painting at home, going to your favorite cafe or bar, collecting eggs from your coop, or picking flowers from your garden. I love the in-between and the mundane. When you look back on our work together, I want you to feel the deep connection and nostalgia of that time of your life. Life is so short, so why not romanticize it.
